The Quay Quarter Towers (QQT)

The Quay Quarter Towers (QQT) will be the most significant piece of architecture in Sydney since the Opera House. Community spiritedness, design intelligence and reinvention are key values that were explored and consciously built into the suite’s physical space to make the experience accessible, creative and authentic. This project was a joint venture between Equilibrium and Climatech for the office design and build. This project involved a 6 star Greenstar, 5.5 stars NABERS energy and 4 stars NABERS water.

Wynyard Place - 10 Carrington Street

Our Mechanical Services Design and Construct team is working on a joint venture between Equilibrium and Climatech, working closely with Multiplex, to deliver Wynyard Place. The development involves the demolition of 3 buildings to build a new Premium Grade commercial office tower of 30 Levels. The 75,000m2 NLA project will deliver a 5.5 Star NABERS and 6 Star Greenstar building complete with a 600kW Cogeneration Plant. This will be the new Sydney centre rising up above Wynyard Station access way connecting Wynyard Station to George St.

New Sydney Fish Markets

World class new Fish Market to cater for the city’s seafood distribution and retail sales. The joint venture project with Climatech involves all the refrigeration, air conditioning and ice making services.

Hyatt Regency Sydney - 161 Sussex Street

Extension of 15 floor hotel, addition of 9 storey commercial offices and extension, Ground and Level 1 upgrades. The redevelopment was to refurbish and expand the Four Points Hotel (now Hyatt Regency) reception and lower level function and meeting rooms. A 27 level tower was constructed as an expansion to the existing 16 level tower. The project was staged with live services integration with no interruption of live systems during construction. This is a new addition to landmark attraction on Sydney’s famous Darling Harbour.

Sandstone Precinct - Bridge & Young Street

Sydney’s historic sandstone buildings in the heart of the CBD will be transformed into a luxury hotel. Construction begins in 2018 with the hotel anticipated to open about 3 years later.
