The 75,000m2 NLA project will deliver a 5.5 Star NABERS and 6 Star Greenstar building complete with a 600kW Cogeneration Plant. This will be the new Sydney centre rising up above Wynyard Station access way connecting Wynyard Station to George St.

Hyatt Regency Sydney: 161 Sussex Street
Extension of 15 floor hotel, addition of 9 storey commercial offices and extension, Ground and Level 1 upgrades. The redevelopment was to refurbish and expand the Four Points Hotel (now Hyatt Regency) reception and lower level function and meeting rooms. A 27 level tower was constructed as an expansion to the existing 16 level tower. The project was staged with live services integration with no interruption of live systems during construction. This is a new addition to landmark attraction on Sydney’s famous Darling Harbour.
