Our history
200 Years Combined Experience
At Equilibrium Air Conditioning, we have a longstanding and distinguished history as a reputable provider of commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems. Our team collectively possesses over 200 years of combined experience, offering unparalleled expertise to our clients.
The origins of Equilibrium Air Conditioning date back to 1968. Over the years, the company has expanded, progressively focusing on commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors. This growth led to the creation of a dedicated service division to support these sectors as the business continued to evolve.
In response to the increasing demand for larger commercial projects, Berislav Crnkovic restructured Equilibrium, enabling the company to cater to more extensive and complex ventures. As a result, we have played an integral role in many high-profile commercial, healthcare, and industrial developments across New South Wales. Notable projects include Western Sydney International Airport, the New Sydney Fish Markets, Quay Quarter Tower, Wynyard Place, Sydney Adventist Hospital, Stockland Merrylands, and Randwick Racecourse, among others.
In 2018, the leading engineers of the company—Patrick Abraham, Hock Eng Lim, and Robert Pham—were appointed as directors, with a focus on securing and delivering projects.
Furthermore, Equilibrium established a Facilities Management division, under the leadership of director Joshua Tailby, who, along with his dedicated team, manages a variety of health and commercial buildings.
In 2019, we expanded our Service division with the appointment of Steven Seretis as Service Manager. Steve brings extensive experience in service and maintenance, as well as a commitment to mentoring our service technicians to ensure the highest quality of service.
