Equilibrium Air Conditioning is excited to share some great news from our Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) project in Sydney! Thanks to the collaborative efforts of the Equilibrium and Climatech Joint Venture (ECJV) and Multiplex (MPX), we have successfully helped our building management client, Dexus, achieve a 6 Star NABERS Energy rating and a 4 Star NABERS Water rating.
In this day and age, it is becoming ever more important to achieve efficient Mechanical Services design. We have worked hard with the design and building team to ensure the HVAC plant runs at the most efficient levels. This milestone is a testament to our dedication to sustainable building practices and the hard work of our incredible D&C Engineering team.
We are proud to be part of a project that sets a new standard for energy efficiency in our industry.
As HVAC systems can account for approximately 40-60% of a building’s total energy consumption in commercial buildings, we have helped Dexus and its tenants save more on energy bills annually and reduce carbon consumption.
